Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the rates listed below (in USD unless otherwise specified). Are you located in the United States and need your order sooner? We offer an Expedited Shipping option—simply select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my package?
With Standard Shipping, most orders placed before 3:00 PM PT within the contiguous United States and Canada ship the next business day and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
If you choose Expedited Shipping, delivery time is reduced to 2 to 4 business days (available within the U.S. only).

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses (military bases). Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or U.S. military bases outside the country.

How do I track my order?
If you’ve created an account with us, you can track your order directly by logging in and visiting your order status page. Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email with your tracking information will follow within 48 hours.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped within the United States and Canada are considered domestic and will not incur any additional customs or duties.
For international orders (e.g., to the UK), please note that import taxes and duties are not included in your purchase and may vary depending on your region.
